BRUTALITY OF ACHILLES

 Who is Achilles? 
     
      Achilles,a legendary Warrior who fought in the Trojan wars.Son of the mortal Peleus and the nymph of Thesis.He is immortal because when he was a child,his mother dip him in the Styx River while holding by his left ankle. Therefore, the only portion of him that is not immortal is his heels and that is his weakness.

     Achilles seek revenge against Proclus and Hector because this two man executed his friend.He is Planning to kill Hector Where his life serves as the exchange for his friend's death.And the fight had began, Achilles defeat Hector  by driving the spear point through his tender neck.


And when Hector is loosing his stength and dying, he said this line:
            by your knees,your parents--don't let dog eat me
            by Achaean ships. No you should accept 
            all the bronze and gold you might desire,
            gifts my father and lady mother you give you,
            if you'll send my body home again,
            so Trojans and Trojans' wives can bury me,
            with all the necessary funeral rites"   
                 ( 22.440-449.230)


Then the brutal Achilles replied:           
            "Don't whine to me,you dog, about my knees
              or parents. I wish I had the heart and strength
             to carve you up and eat you raw myself
             for what you've then we done to me.So there's no one
            who'll keep the dogs from going at your head,
            not even if they bring here and weigh out
            a ransom ten or twenty times as much ,
            with promises of more,or if Priam,
             son of Dardanus, says he'll pay your weight in gold.
           Not even then will your mother 
           set you on a funeral bed and there lament
           the son she bore. Instead, the dogs and birds 
           will eat you up( 22.450-459.230)
    And Hector was no longer alive and his soul is fly off to Hades.But Achilles is not  yet convince, he torture Hector even if Hector is no longer alive.And this is the Proof how Achilles is so brutal:"Achilles finished. Then on the noble Hector's corpse
          he carried out a monstrous act.He cut through 
          the tendons behind both feet ,from heel to ankle,  
          threaded them with ox-hide thongs, and then tied these
          onto his chariot, leaving the head to drag behind.
         He climb up in his chariot, brought on splendid  armour,
          then lashed his horses .They sped off eagerly, 
         dragging Hector. A dust cloud rose above him,
        his dark hair spread out around him, and Hector's head ,  
       once so handsome, was covered by the dust, for Zeus   
         had given him to his enemies to dishonour
        in his own native land. So all his head grew dirty
            (22. 520-529.230-231)  
          

      

GREAT WOMAN

           MELCHORA AQUINO, also known as "TANDANG SORA", is one of the great contributors in the Philippines History. During the Spanish Era, on the month of August 1896, many Filipino Revolutionaries specially the Katipuneros were tortured by the Spaniards for the reason that, the Spaniards were alarmed by the acts and plans of the Filipinos that involves their revolution against them   . Some Katipuneros had escaped from the Spaniards and they hid in the forest.There they met Melchora Aquino,a good,well mannered and hospitable woman. She help all the Katipuneros who escaped with the Spaniards. She cured their wounds , fed them, give some money, and took them to the place which is not familiar with  the Spaniards. And every time when Filipinos asking for help with her, she never insisted.She is different from other people because she have a very clean heart, she is willing to help others.she is also a brave woman  because even if she knew that she will be in danger if she help all the Katipuneros, but she still did it with no risk. She did that because Melchora Aquino love the people around her, she is willing to sacrifice her own life just to make sure that her people is safe from the  Spaniards...


Melchora Aquino is my Heroine because i want people who helps and is kind to others and she deserve it......

 TUMCS is one of the best school in Taytay Rizal because of its high standard in when it comes in education.The mission of TUMCS is make their student a Godly person,know the word of God and many more that is related With our God.


This school is very strict with their policy.For the boys,you should Cut your hair every month ,you should wear black socksand man more.And for the Girls,you should always pony yo hair and many more.And inside the School,you should observe your silence specially in the corridor,you can not play the court if you are not wearing the sports attire or PE uniform and many more.


TUMCS has a graet staff to manage are school and the teachers who teach their students very well.

My mistakes

I admit that I am really having a hard time in communicating with other people  using this Language, that makes me feel embarrassed and insecure but I am really willing and determined to improve myself in this particular field. After seeing my errors, I realized that I should do my best to encourage myself reading books especially to those with English Languge and at the same time attracts my interest that eagers me to read more. If I encountered unfamiliar words, I can used the dictionary to look for those meanings that also helps to develop my comprehension skills.
          I would also try communicating with others using this language, In this manner I can practice my grammar and In this way, I can develop my communication skills. Learning English grammar helps me to express my feelings especially in Writing. I believe that words are powerful enough to express one's feelings. It attracts the readers to read more about your article, journal or certain books.
         And in every subject, in every country, people uses English to socialize with their friends  so we should encourage ourselves to provide more time in learning this field for English is a treasure that everyone can have....

our intrams

Our school,TUMCS celebrate 26 foundation anniversary.And evryone is excited about the foundation week. On the first day,We,Juniors,Show our amazint talent in dancing the, Modern Dance,Cheering , and the Ballroom.The representative of Juniors in Modern Dance is us,The 3 Rebekah, but  we are lost but it is ok.Inthe Cheering,our representative is the 3Leah,the pilot sections,they made it. They won the Cheering Competition.And our representative in BAllroom is the 3 Rachel,and they made it too.thats what you call a JUNIORS POWER!!

On the 2nd day, the sports fest began.3rd-4th day,our team in basketball enter to the finals and the rachel in the volleyball enter to yhr finals too.
On the last day.The Announcer Announce who is the winner in different sports.We won in the Basketball.thank you for the selected boys of Rebekah who played and win  on the basketball.The Rachel won in Volleyball too.Rachel and Rebekah won on the  Basketball and Volleyball because of their  Teamwork ,strategies,and their determination to win the sports..

The 3rdplace goes to the Yellow team.The 2nd place goes to the Green team and the overall champion goes to the Blue team.im very glad that i am a blue team

My Discrimination

Let me first tell what is the meaning of the word Dicrimination.DISCRIMINATION is To treat one particular group of people less favourably than others because of their race, colour, nationality, or ethnic or national origin. T. For example, staff at a shop in Blackburn had to wear a uniform skirt, but an Asian woman worker refused for religious reasons. A tribunal found the shop guilty of indirect discrimination, because a large number of Asian women would not be able to comply with the rule.

i experience my Discrimination when i transfer in Methodist(TUMCS).I don't have any friends before except Aljohn(my classmate in grade school).I feel so alone before,i am shy to talk with them,i can't join with their trips,can't join join with their laughing time and their topics ,shy to ask with them about the lesson and many more.One time, i experience a whole day without asking or Talking with them so i just seat in my chair for almost a whole day.I feel i'm not belong with this School.So i talk to myself,i can't live with this School without a friends,i should be friendly!!.Then i do that ,i try to be Friendly, try to control my patience and every night ,to be a good friend,and everynight, i always pray tha,t i want to have a lots of friendsso i must enjoy my HighScool life.A couples of month later ,a have a lots of friends.thanks to God, he always their for us just pray. 

              

I also experience my discrimination in my past school St.Francis(SFAMSC).they are always tease me a fatbot, a pig, a big boy,i don't know what to do so, i just cry and go to a silence place. Everyday,they always tease me,so i just ignore it,i learn in myself to be a Patience person,a Strong person.A couples of month later,they not tease me already because i know how to fight with them and how to defend myself with my classmates that is a very good teasers.If they tease me,i will tease them too.

 

To Escape with our Discrimination,First,we shold know our problem,Second,try to change that attitud eand Third,change our attitude. :))

The Real Me

Born on  the 10th of Jne,1996,I'm Jean Red Malabanan .I lived at Cainta, Rizal .A son of Mrs.Mary jane and Mr.Edgardo Malabanan and a Brother of  Redjean Marie Malabanan. I'm currently studying at TUMCS, Third year High school. I'm a transfer student from TUMCS.  When i was in pre-school up to sophomore I studied at Home Montessori School.

My friends describe me as Friendly and Nobbelish sometimes. I also wanted to finish my studies , to work someday so can help my family.

When i entered at TUMCS,i started to learn the Words of GOD .I believe that GOD is the creator of  each living thing in this wold.With Jesus, i learn how to pray,how to control my temper and to be nice with others.

I'm also studying Taekwondo, to learn self-defense. I'm a Yellow Belter now but  my goal is to be a Black Belter someday,so i can protect my self and my family from bad guys. Every one who study in Taekwondo, you must control your patience,train hard and do your best. I remember when i was a beginner before ,i dont know how to kick. But my coach teach me, all i want to do is to twist my body,a little balance,straight my knees and a little power and that's all i do my perfect kick for the first time.
